What is Frankenstein

Good systems are assembled, not bought.

We assemble yours.

Frankenstein is an AI studio in Manila. We build {{ productName }}, an AI-native ERP, into the way your business already runs.

An AI-native ERP

Most ERPs promise to run everything, then do too little of it well enough for how businesses in the Philippines actually work. Every {{ productName }} build is fitted to your processes and SOPs.

An operating system for your business

It connects systems that were never designed to talk to each other, from your POS and accounting to payroll and group chats. Its AI handles the routine work across all of it.

A company brain

One record of the whole business. When your team shares a supplier bill, a photo from the floor or a message thread, {{ productName }} files it where it belongs.

We integrate proven AI

We assemble the system around AI from the companies that make it. We do not build that AI, and we say plainly where it will not help.

We run it ourselves

{{ productName }} is the base we run our own studio on. Your system starts from that same base, and we add only the parts your operation needs.

What we see

This is your operation as it reads from the outside. The details are yours to sharpen.

Since April 2022

Cooper's began in April 2022 as a counter inside the Hai Chix branch at Estancia. More than ten sites have opened since, and the latest moved into larger formats: SM Megamall, a standalone cafe on High Street South in BGC, and TriNoma.

What you serve

Specialty coffee with crepes, sandwiches and pastries, plus house beans by the bag and a cold brew concentrate in the making. Away from the stores, an events line takes coffee carts to the customer.

How you sell

Seven sites opened outside Hai Chix, from a kiosk at One Ayala to mall stores and a standalone cafe in BGC. The rest opened as counters inside Hai Chix restaurants, and events sell away from any store.

Sister brands

Cooper's and Hai Chix & Steaks share more than sites. The Hai Chix menu carries “Coffee by Coopers”, the counters inside its restaurants list its phone numbers, and in May a qualifying Hai Chix receipt at Westgate earned a free drink at Cooper's.

Customers have at least nine ways to reach Cooper's, counting only public pages. A single event inquiry can start in the inbox or on any of three social accounts.

What we'd ask first

The three we would open with, and a sample of what follows. You know your floor better than anyone; tick what rings true.

Why now

What makes now the ideal time to look for inefficiencies across the whole operation?

What matters most

Which part of how you work would you most want made easier?

What good looks like

What would the right system let you do that you can't today?

01

Every new site

More than ten sites since 2022, from a kiosk to a standalone cafe. How does the work of running them grow with each one that opens?

02

What renews when

Cooper's has opened in seven cities, and every site carries its own permits, crew health certificates and lease, each with its own dates. Where is that full list kept, and who sees what lapses next?

03

Sales to the bank

Card, QR and delivery payouts land anywhere from a day to a week later, each net of its own fees. How long does matching every site's day to the bank take, and how far behind does it run?

04

Between the two brands

Counters inside Hai Chix, “Coffee by Coopers” on its menu, a free drink on a Hai Chix receipt. What does each brand charge the other, and where does each site's own P&L live today?

05

Tomorrow's pastry par

The same croissants and cakes sell across your sites and on the Hai Chix menu. How does what was left at closing shape each site's par for the next day?

06

Cost per drink and bag

When the price of beans, milk or cups moves, how does the cost of every drink and every bag on the shelf get worked out again?

07

Requests and approvals

A site needs a repair, a supplier bill falls due, a crew member asks for a cash advance. How does each request reach whoever signs, and how many days does it wait?

08

From inquiry to cart

An event inquiry lands in a DM on a Saturday night. How does it become a quote, a deposit and a cart stocked and staffed from a store?

Whichever you tick, the working session starts there.

Cooper's Coffee Haus

Good to have you back. {{ productName }} has been keeping the records.
